The saw that the incan guy uses? It's the stone age equivalent to a longsword. If you make a sword that long out of stone, it'll likely shatter, so what they'd do, they'd embed smaller flint blades in a piece of wood. I don't know why he made his knife the same way, though; you can make stone knives without running into that problem.

As I was saying, the very same properties that make flint/obsidian so hard also make them very brittle, which is why when it comes to solid stone blades, you only see short ones. The equivalent of a longsword, as you say, is flint/obsidian blades embedded in a wooden holder. The Macuahuitl is classified as a "wooden sword with obsidian blades," not quite a club, as it's used for cutting, not bludgeoning. They did actually carry a club at times, it was made of wood, and had a globe towards the tip, pitched almost 90 degrees forward. (It essentially functioned as a small wooden warhammer.)
I think that Jerma vs star in one of the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games would be pretty funny. Im sure they could find infinite ways to make fun of the game and annoy each other
