World War II changed the faces of many cities and towns. You can learn how it affected our area from our historical documentary. German Work Camp for Jews in Stalowa Wola was formed by the Nazis in 1941. An eyewitness Mr Kazimierz Jackowski told us how two nations lived symbiotically before September 1st 1939 and how extermination of Jewish people looked like.
The film was produced by the students of Tadeusz Kościuszko Secondary School Nr 2 in Stalowa Wola as part of a scientific session organized because of the X Remembrance Day of the Victims of the Holocaust in Podkarpacie, organized by the Institute of National Remembrance, The University of Rzeszów and Mayor of Stalowa Wola.
