YT Pirate Racing have a broken KTM for repair. He claims that the camshaft is inductive hardened and the towarms are dlc coated (sorry, i am mo mechanic) which is a bad combination and the coating will break loose.

Could be. If the 1000 hornet is supposed to be a simplified budget-friendly version of the CB1000R, then I don't see an e-clutch appealing to their target demographic. On the other hand, the e-clutch is the biggest feature setting Honda apart from other makes right now, so they might at least ship bikes with it as an option for that reason alone.

Honda needs to bring back the VFR in an 800 or 1000. I've seen some gorgeous renders of what it could look like, but I doubt we will get what we want. If not that, then a fully faired version of the CB1000R in the style of the CBR but leaning to the cbr650 levels of comfort. I doubt we will get what we want. Every bike at the moment is either adventure or looks like it belongs in the 1940s. Theirs a lot of meh out there.

What Triumph needs to make is another version Tiger Sport 1200 with a ST 1200engine(no T-crank) and 180bhp with adaptive suspension on 17inch wheels sub 230KG wet. To go against the BMW'S s1000XR and Suzuki's GSX1000GX. The 2 bikes that I most want from that list, and really hope finally releases, are a Honda retro 2 cylinder bike, call it a GB750 or CL750 Scrambler, and secondly , the Royal Enfield Bear Interceptor. I feel quite confident that the Bear model will be on Eicma as this year's big Royal Enfield reveal, now its just up to Honda to finally come up with a retro bike. Why have they been so lacking in this category the last few years? I know there is a CL500 but that really doesnt have the looks or appeal compared to a proper retro 750. That is the one I most want to see on Eicma, and a Scrambler variant would be awesome too.

Bringing back the T1200 with maybe a revised chasis, modern technology and maybe some variations to it like how the Africa twin has, one version more off road focused one version more on-road with all the bells and whistles, added with the ease of the drive shaft, would bring some competition to the ugly BMW.

To carry more luggage. That's why the r1300 and 1390 are popular as large adv bikes. Big engines don't lug when you attach an unreasonable amount of weight to them @@250ignacio

A Tiger 660 rally might actually have me opening my wallet. I really don't have room for two bikes and I'm currently split between a Himalayan 450, and a CBR600 to replace my old CB400. 660 rally could tickle both itches in a way the big twins can't

What we need from Triumph is either way a Sport-GT like the Ducati Supersport / BMW R1250 R/RS or a Sporty road trail like the MT-09 Tracer, based on their brilliant Street Triple platform.
It's been 5y+ that I'm hoping for a Street Triple that can do proper road trip & touring. I don't want to and it will break my heart to sell my beloved Street Triple 675R but I'm afraid I will have to as the Streeple cannot carry properly luggage a passenger... Sad.
The only naked bike with serious touring capabilities I can see on the market right now is the BMW R1250R.

Absolutly agreed, I'm still riding my 17years old Sprint ST 1050 with the old Speed Triple engine. I hope Triumph brings a sucessor soon. Preferably with a slightly down tuned Speed Triple 1200 motor but with fairing and touring lugage options.

@@marcello66 The Speed Triple will be indeed a very logical platform to develop for ppl who prefer a bigger bike! I genuinely don't understand why Triumph is not doing it.

Kawasaki needs to bring back the GPZ 550 / 750 / 1100, with the red, blue, silver paint scheme. I’m ready to buy. Rocking a Ducati Monster that I love deeply but my first brand new bike was a 1983 GPZ 750.
I’m running out of time and would love to finish where I started. Come on Kawasaki.

Triumph, please... bring back that great Thruxton 900! Don't complain that the 1200 didn't sell enough, when its starting prices was 15.000 euros. Many of us would be fine with a sportier, more affordable, lighter, and more nimble 900.
Just take a Street Twin as the base, "liven up" its engine a bit, make the appropriate riding position changes, put on some decent suspension, twin disk brakes and a 6-speed gearbox and... voilà!
