Take your profit. If the buyer is happy with the deal, don’t discount yourself. On the flip side, look to build lasting relationships by letting the buyer eat.
Question: on a conventional option can a person be put on the deed after the term date so that it is easier to go to a bank and be able to get the balloon payment paid to the seller?
