@@TheQuadraticAttenuatorno he clearly wasn't able to. Heck he even was weaker than full power Super Saiyan Gohan as stated in the daizenshu. Besides if he was hiding ssj2 he would've done it when realizing his son's hate for battle

I think that this was my favourite fight to watch as a db fan, watching Goku fighting a losing battle while knowing they can still win is awesome
