At 3:03 I believe Dark green (Impostor) is grateful for Grey for helping him earlier, you can see Dark green blush a bit like saying thanks, I'm also guessing that's why Dark green didn't kill Grey right away. See Dark green expression quickly change after Brown started to move.

For some reason I can exactly imagine the impostor crawling back out of the lava but the crew is armed and ready to kill off the impostor for good and the impostor, in a desperate attempt to save themself, says that they dropkicked the child in self defence. I don't even know why.
