That's a lot, and I really mean a lot of bodyfiller.. wouldnt that crack over time?
Remember they playing cowboy with high en cars , dont take it serious !
In my personal opinion changing the doors is the perfect way to repair this car
There's only a very few people who would tackle such a job !
You've done a splendid job in restoring the Rolls Royce back into its former state... Well Done !.... You have earned yourself a few glasses of Champagne from its cocktail cabinet...
you can build and house with that much filler :D

@@BackYardBoyz after all the needed sanding the leftover filler is really thin. It only looks that much before the sanding process
imagine all the technique, developement and quality rolls royce puts into their carts, and these guys repair them with car filler hahahaha good job guys

That big spatula is doing you no favours. Seemed to pull off filler and create valleys. admittedly worked well when the door was off the car.

You and me both hate using body filler lol. The sanding and more sanding never ending! Wish the doors were cheap would of saved you that long sanding process! Good luck from Half Amill Rebuilds !

On a top high end motor,for me just to much filler.
And a lot of work rubbing it all down.
Need more than red bull lol.

This is a BIG motor car; over 19 feet long. Young Tim has his work definitely cut out, here! Well done, people, just keep on going steady. These doors are VERY heavy all right! But, she'll look just incredible when you've finished with her! Very best regards.

It should be required by law to post the VIN numbers of all project cars. I can't imagine paying 100k for a car and later finding out that it's a backyard Bondo buggy.

i think a person buying a rebuild title rolls will look at how much filler lays under the paint. I do understand you might not have the budget to buy such doors or fix em otherwise but sell the car might get tricky .

I just bought a vintage Rolls Royce, but the budget didn't cover a driver.
So I spent all that money, and I've got nothing to chauffeur it.

body filler on any Rolls panel = resale price dropped already with 30%. This is not a car which ends up at the shredder, it ages well like a good wine or whisky. And it's easy to check: knock with your finger on any panel, sound is deaf = body filler, sound is empty = metal panel.
