SUPER GLUE! Like a modern Fender. Some people love that because they pull out so easy. What a weird fret end! I was wrong about the fret slots, but they wrecked them. In the '70s they worked the sawdust and glue mixture down in them and recut them. The swelling is a cool trick.
Glad you like them! I have taken a break from the YT channel. The trolls and know-it-alls have made it not worth the trouble. I will be back shortly in the future.
Okay I'm still at the beginning of the video. Now, does the bead size affect the tang size? Being a different manufacturer can I guess; Stewmac, for example used to have a thicker tang. But frets of different hight? REALLY??? Except for the good ol' fashion "five fret fall away" I can only see that as being trouble. I want to see where this goes in this respect. At 2:39 I'm suspecting the slots are too tight.
LOL, I have been told that before! From my perspective you have to have patience to be in this business. Even though it is pushed to the limit pretty much daily. This is one of the reasons I handle this channel as I do, so people can see what actually goes on in a shop like mine. Thanks for watching, I appreciate the comment.
Sad but true. Unfortunately, the customer did have to pay me. The upside for him is he will not be going back. I see a bit from them in fact there are several videos here from their handywork. One is a candy red jazzmaster...... Some actually think they are doing good work.
Nice save!

Really enjoy your videos.

Five stars out of five.
Thank you Sir!
The dealer should have to pay you, not the guitar's owner. That's a crime.

And that was the dealer that did that? Good grief! What butchers!
Sorry, but I can not tell you. Legalities and all...... PM me through contacts in my about section.
@@guitarc.p.r.9675 oh no I wasn't asking who the dealer was. Just acknowledging that the dealer screwed that up so badly.
Yep. the Repair guy for the Dealer.
