Hello viewers.
大家平安吉祥
May you be blessed with peace and joy.
今天要和各位講明心悟道
Today I will elaborate on understanding the
mind and getting enlightened of the Way.
這個人很奇怪
If someone acts strange,
我們可以明白
we can understand it.
你這個是好人、你是壞人
You are a good man
or you're a bad man.
明白你是男人、你是女人
We know that you're a man
or a woman.
你是這個國家的人
Which country you're from
你是那個國家的人
is obviously a clear fact.
但是對自己一直不明白
However there is something
you will not understand,
尤其自己的心
especially your mind.
你明白你自己的心嗎
Can you understand your mind?
你心可以想 亂想
Your mind can wander,
想這樣、想那樣
to this place or the other.
但你不要想控制你的心
But you might find it hard
to control your mind,
掌握你的心、主宰你的心
get ahold of your mind
and master your mind.
要你的心聽你的話
If you want your mind
to listen to you,
不容易
it's not easy.
有時候我們講
Sometimes we say:
唉呀 你不聽我的話
Oh, you don't listen to me.
其實人家不聽我的話
In fact when I say that,
我自己何嘗聽自己的話
I might not listen to myself either.
尤其我的心
Especially my mind
心猿意馬
always wanders
心妄想紛飛
with too many different thoughts.
有時候有煩惱了
Sometimes I have worries.
唉呀 我不得辦法對治我的煩惱
Oh no, I have no ways
to deal with my troubles.
憂愁了、悲哀了、傷感啦
I feel worried, sad and frustrated.
唉呀 我沒有辦法
Oh no, I can't do it.
自己對自己沒有辦法
I can't do anything with myself.
就等於眼睛看到別人
It's like your eyes can only see others
看不到自己
not yourself,
你除非照鏡子
unless you do so with a mirror.
才能看到鏡子的一個假相是我
The mirror only reflects
an illusion of you
其實真正的我是心
but not the truth of your mind.
你看到心嗎
Can you see through your mind?
看不到
No, you can't.
所以你能可以悟道
Therefore you might be enlightened
by the Way.
道就是我們的心
The way is our mind.
我覺悟了
I get enlightened.
我開悟了、開通了
I am awakened and enlightened.
我的通道打通了
All the accesses are open.
我的門路都有了
All the gateways are ready.
所以我明白我的心
So I understand my mind.
明白心 心什麼
I understand my mind. What mind?
我有慈悲心
I have a compassionate mind.
我不會有瞋恨心
I don't have a hateful mind.
我有智慧心
I have a wise mind,
我沒有愚癡的心
and I don't have an ignorant mind.
我有為人服務的心
I have a mind to serve people.
我沒有自私只為自己的心
I don't have a selfish mind
that only thinks of myself.
我的心鼓勵我
My mind urges me
為大家工作
to work for everyone
為大家服務
to help everyone.
為大家貢獻
and to contribute to everyone.
因為這個心可以能量來命令自己
Because this mind can order myself
為人工作
to work for people
為人服務做事
and serve people.
讓人家接受我
So people accept me.
為什麼
Why?
我人好
I am a nice person,
最主要就我心好
and mainly it's because
I have a good mind.
有時候我們稱讚
Sometimes we give compliments and say:
那個好人
He's a nice person.
為什麼
Why?
他心地很好
Because he has a good mind.
他心地很光明
His mind is bright and pure.
他的心地能生萬法
His mind generates many dharmas,
能生慈悲
compassion,
能生好的道理
good truths,
能生很多的緣分
and many ties of affinity.
所以學佛皈依
Thus when we take refuge in Buddhism,
不要只是求佛
it's not just to ask the Buddha,
求菩薩、求神明幫忙
bodhisattvas and gods for help,
最主要的求自己
but also to demand ourselves
只要自己明心悟道
to understand your mind
and get enlightened by the Way.
還怕什麼沒有辦法嗎
We don't have to worry
there's nothing we can do.
