    Shopify please help me. I had an account around 6 months ago and I cancelled it around three months ago, but I have still been charged three times for a total of $160.65. I can’t get back into my account to cancel the membership because it says that my trial is over and I need to select a new option to continue, but why am I getting charged if I haven’t selected a subscription yet, please help me.

    how can i contact you, because i have issue about refund payment process. last time you said that it takes about 3-5 days for the amount to reflect back in my account and you will let me know if the refund is successful by receiving an email confirmation, but i havent got it yet.
