@@quizfanatic3070 It was a one off TV show starring Barry Nelson I believe. Don't know if it's available now. I think David Niven and technically Peter Sellers were James Bond in the comedy Casino Royale movie before Dr. No premiered.
@@BadtzMarooTube I will have a look into it and see if I am able to watch those drama's. I would quite like to see their versions of Bond, thanks for the info.

I see your point, I meant as Bond's boss (active duty), M appears in Spectre in a video message, however, I do agree with you it still counts as a movie appearance. In future quizzes I need to consider how I word the questions. Thank you for participating and commenting. What did you score?
@@quizfanatic3070 yeah, sometimes it can be really tricky. @@oliverholmes-gunning5372 Thank you. I used various sources for this quiz, I should have been clearer with the book or movie version, a point I will ensure to take into account in future Bond quizzes. #1 If you are going to include David Niven in #11s list then Sean Connery wasn't first #10 I completely forgot Moneypenny ... but then, is she actually a ''Bond girl'' ? #18 Didn't Spectre win best song as well ? Good quiz though .. but I haven't read all the books ! 15/20 #16 I got this because you see their gravestone in Skyfall
I think you'll find Bond is also fluent in English! And (as someone else has already stated) Barry Nelson was the first 'actor' to play Bond. Otherwise good job.

Answer to the first question = Barry nelson
There were actors that played James Bond before Sean Connery. Remember the first casino royales on American TV and the comedy?
I don't know about the Casino Royale's on American TV, are they good? How can I access them? This quiz was about the Bond movies and books.

In reference to 14, technically the answer is 8, not 7 (she had a cameo in Spectre)
