The first few weeks I listened to Terri, I wound up downloading a habit tracker app and secretly tracking my exercise progress. After it took 4 & 1/2 months to get 3 consistent months of 30 minutes of exercise daily, I’d lost 7 lbs. and to reward myself, I got a new pair of cross training shoes and a personal trainer! I went on to lose 12 more lbs. loving the jolts of energy I get from Terri’s consistent messages like this one.
Some other challenges set me back prioritizing different goals after that, but the important thing is getting back in the saddle, so to speak.

Last time I did the course, I started a business and my kid got to go to Disneyland. Yes. And we moved cross country, closer to my goal dream house on Lake Michigan. Yes.
