Hi Jan, love your videos! I'm wondering if the Poly Studio USB supports environments that use a proxy like Cisco IronPort for internet access? Also compatibility for pac files with proxies.

Hi Jan. I have all my Poly Studio in Lens with Auto-update, but they are not updating automatically to 1.5.0 (currently running 1.4.0). Any idea why? Thanks
Thats a great question. The 1.4 had limited support with Lens Cloud using 1.5 and onwards with the built-in Lens Agent should give you full provisioning options including software updates.. etc.. hope that helps..☕🛠
Hi Yan - when testing the lens app on an MTR with studio usb (running v1.5) - I'm getting "poly lens desktop" as the device on the cloud rather than the studio USB as you get in this video, any ideas?
Hi Jey 👋 thanks for your comments. Did you also try to hook Studio USB up to the WiFi and register directly to Lens see how it appears? That will also keep a live connection open with Lens Cloud to restart, configure remotely etc... let me know... ☕🛠

How do I upgrade to poly+ so I can restart my device from the lens dashboard?
