I used to listen to this amazing piano piece when I was suffering from severe clinical depression. It was the only sound my ears wanted to hear. It became my friend...it helped me to get over my depression. It still reminds me of that time and how it created heaven in my life when everything else burned me like hell. I came back to say thank you😊 I really want to express my heartfelt gratitude.

I used to listen to this piano piece 11 years ago when I was a high school student next to my mom before she passed away. Today it's still my most favorite peace of all and a first reminder of my dreams and the hope and love mom had given me before she died of cancer

And for those of you who are asking, the name of the piece is in fact "A Breathtaking Piano Piece." I wasn't trying to be cocky or anything by proclaiming my own piece as "breathtaking." It was meant to be a temporary name and after hours of trying to think of a more suitable one, I decided to leave it. I guess the generic nature of the name makes the feeling of the piece more open to your own interpretation.
Kind of how I wanted it to be anyway :).

Natalie Mayleigh god doesn't exist, and this song is ok, it's nothing special, it's something any half competent pianist should be able to come up with after 3 or 4 years practice. Giant Pink Unicorns truly blessed this man with half competent piano composition and playing skills.

I discovered this track shortly after it was released and it impressed me much. I showed it to my best friend when he came over and we appreciated its awesomeness together. A few months later he was gone from this earth... I sometimes watch this to reminisce.

When I was all alone in the world, I listened to that song, during 2012-2015... My life was like hell and my only company was this masterpiece... Thank you for all these moments... I'm here again for proving myself that I was really brave and strong to go through all this hell and this music is able to make me create beautiful memories as well ❤️❤️❤️

This is my favorite poem of all I wrote… Reminding me the orchard of my grandparents from my childhood… Your music brings me back there, to the time of my innocence where everything was simple and beautiful… Now my grandparents are on the other side of life, their house has been sold together with the orchard of my dreams… I hope in heaven I will be back there again… This time - forever… Thank you Mr. Hou...

The other night after a bad day, I was feeling so much dread.
Sometime past eleven o clock I went down to the dark basement, turned on the lamp above the piano, and learned this song.
I felt like I got so much emotion out.

@@lisayoung8594 Well I didn't get the whole song, I got a portion and most of it was still a bit rough when I played it. The notes were really pretty and I've practiced it over and over these past few days.

This tune is so familiar to me. It's not just because I've known it for years. Even upon my first time hearing it, it sounds like it already knows me. I'm glad UA-cam brought it up again because it was in my Watch Later. There's nothing more beautiful than rediscovering something. Life is not linear, it follows the beat of its own drum. That was powerful. The inter-play between the base runs and the melody made the whole piece somehow choral; dynamic. The rhythms of both the right and left hand complement each other well throughout the piece.Pauses and timing pull the whole thing together making this performance spectacular. Well done !!

played this as my final piece for my last music extension performance assesment 4 years ago got some people to cry haha, still know it to this date and haven't played piano in 3 years.. Definitely one of my favourite pieces to hear and play ♥
