Thanks so much for answer my question @6:20. When feeling great volume and intense, when tired low volume more technique. When u do this do you use the same excersises aswell, so like on a good day I would for say to front lever pull-ups, no band just going max reps. But on a bad day do the same excersise but focus more on form and less reps. Or do u just switch excersises and do something that involves less effort like rows or weighted pull-ups? Do u change excersises whenever u want a change?I guess it might be different for u than me cause I’m still learning planche and front lever but for u u can do combos. So I have to do movements like raises and pushups and leans etc to learn. What would u say I do there? Also no need to apologies for English, I think you are doing great as it isn’t your first language
No problem 😁 Generaly I dont change exercises, just lower intensity (easiers variations, lowers reps ect…) You can change exercise if you want too, but the exercises need to work the same way ! Exemple : you want straddle planche push ups, you can do adv tuck push ups or big rubberband straddle planche pu to focus on the technic Thanks Im trying my best ! I’ll progress fast 😁
Greta vid! Can you make a video explaining how you use resistance bands on this static bar setup for different moves? (i.e. touch front lever, planche press etc)
@@williamsw5114 Thanks for responding so fast😁. But I did some research and pretty much these pain gels don't actually fix the problem they just kind of hide it. It's more of a short term thing. So if you actually have pain on your biceps shouldn't you instead actually wait for it to recover? Yes strengthening is the way to heal injured joints and stuff but shouldn't it be controlled? wont taking stuff like this and train as hard as normal as if there's no injury just end up hurting you in the long run by not letting you heal properly? (I have a wrist injury right now and I'm considering using it but would appreciate a few clarifications)
Thanks William now I know what to do in my training when I'm weak
