hey man i think you should try to learn to fly fish as its not as complex as you think as you can start off with simple casts , i learned fly fishing and spinning at the same time but always remember in fishing you only improve ,also fly fishing isnt best in all conditions but the same applies to spinning fishing thats why i think you should try it but watch some videos of simple casts and have them explain it in the video
