Holy shit. Is this the same guy from "The Headlights" in Tampa? One of my all time favorite strummers and singer along with Steve Connolly.
I asked this same question on a different video. The Headlights were Tampa’s best. I saw them many times.
I have some cassette tapes that were recorded direcrly off of the board by their sound guy. 2 from MacDinton's and 2 from Yeoman's Road on Davis Island. Great live band.@@jamesb5901

It's by the Scottish band, The Blue Nile, from their album "Peace At Last". They are a brilliant group although somewhat under the radar.
