Have you wondered, if you are recognizable, since your UA-cam channel is getting more popular? Walking around the grounds of The Fair, might get some second looks. I'll match you a Salt-n-Pepa show, for a record setting attendance Sonny and Cher show from 1972. As a twelve year old, I did know who Sonny and Cher were. And seen their arrival from their limo.
Sonny and Cher were bigger than most today could ever dream of being. Love their variety show. It must've been amazing to see them roll up in a limo! ... we mainly just get odd looks when we're pointing the camera at ourselves. Just two crazies with a camera! 🤣 Thanks!!
This is just what we saw on day one! Can't wait to go back and see the dinosaurs 😎 have you guys seen them yet? Are they as big as the one at the entrance?? There's just so much to see!
.. I hope you take a good peek inside the horticulture building ..!.. Thats a really cool fairgrounds for this day and age especially Thanks ,,! Ohio state does the butter sculpture ting also and inside the same building is the state prize cheese of the year ..!
@@_Boregard_Rippy_ i think Ohio is always overlooked as being a “dairy state” but it definitely is. I (ken) went to the ohio state fair back in the early ‘90s and remember being impressed by all the farming stuff cuz at the time all i was interested in were roller coasters 😂 TY!
.. your right but that was long ago and the people who decide things razed the grandstand, eliminated all motorsports (tractor pulls and demo derby) and paved over our harness racing track so it lost its traditional fair feel IMO .. @@FlyingRoadtrips
Yaaay! I waited all year to see the fair! Maybe I’ll go next year.. Can you check out the chocolate milk stand and other super inexpensive eats? Thanks you two!
Great vid! I saw you guys pass by but couldn't say hi because i was eating dinner. That first day of the fair was awesome, over in the Art hand home center building, top floor they let me "play" the player piano. Check it out next time you're there :)
Thanks! That would have been cool- we’ve never been recognized anywhere! And yes! That player piano is so amazing! We checked it out last year and definitely need to do that again!
My family loves the Fair. Hopefully we’ll make it next weekend. Last year we rode the chair lifts. I hated it. It doesn’t seem that high from the ground. I think what bothered my is having my feet dangling.😀 Did they have deep fried Reese Cups?
Becky went back today (monday) and I texted her to check. the only place she found deep fried reeses cups was in a stand near the back side of the dairy products building. She also said the chair lifts seemed sturdier than the one at Enchanted Forest... 😅
Honestly we were expecting a bit more but it was pretty late in the day. yesterday we found out that it was a fundraiser for a Temple. Hopefully it’ll be back next year!

Goats were funny. Were they being judged?
😂 I feel like the goats are always camera ready! Some of them had ribbons on the cages, but they're all winners in my book
Asian Village was a little disappointing. I was expecting to see buildings.
