The blow function is at the back, you put one of the accessories there. Problem is, they get blown off easily so you may have to hold them in place. Full force is by pushing the power button a second time.
Not sure but it’s long enough not to be bothered by recharging it all the time. Recharging is easy and I mostly use it for those quick clean ups in the car or around the desk. It’s really lightweight and small and easy to point at crevices and whatnot

how good was the blower?
It's ok. Bit annoying to set up and I don't need the function too much actually. Use as a small vacumm around d the desk and car is really helpful
