I am also one of those people who think of songs when I hear certain phrases. When you said "Do you remember?" I started singing ... 🎶"Do you remember? There was a time when people on the streets were walkin' hand in hand in hand. 🎶 Chains of Love by Erasure
Thanks for such a breath taking walk along. Enjoyed it so much as it is currently -30 Celsius and not suitable for a long walk. My sweet votes are for homemade mincemeat and fruit cake. I converted my husband to them as he had never tasted homemade versions when growing up. I watched The Muppets Christmas Carole a couple of days ago. So sweet. My favorite line was one of the rats was talking about his siblings. I'm sure the original version is 12 siblings but the rat responds with 12 hundred and 73 siblings. Brilliant writers. Back to sock knitting and enjoy your Christmas with your family.
The walk was lovely. Would love to know when you recorded it. Here in Kentucky, our red hot pokers bloom in June. I can’t imagine them blooming in the fall. I can’t imagine half those flowers blooming so late in the year. Beautiful.
Hi! We filmed the walk in mid November! It’s amazing isn’t it? I think it’s the walled garden element that provides extra protection for the wonderful flowers. We did not expect to see so much though! So thankful for your message and that you enjoyed the episode x
I grew up with a real tree as well. My husband is afraid of it catching fire so we’ve used artificial trees for most of our married life. I miss the smell. 🎄
Merry Christmas guys!!. I simply love it, the walk, the scenery, the garden 😢sooo beautiful, make sure to do it again!!! ❤🎉😊😊
Great show! Loved the Winter Walk. Merry Christmas!
I love the 2x2 ribbed hat with that gorgeous yarn also!❤

Loved the walk and the music. Loved the chat about movies - Gives me an idea of what watch. As always a great show.
Love the look of the Fairgrounds Cowl. It would be a great hat pattern as well!❤
Very lovely, feeling podcast. Wishing you an amazing Christmas time.
Happy Christmas to you both, thank you for the content and patterns for us patrons 🎄

🙋♀️Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄
Merry Christmas yall!
We always had a real tree when I was a child.
We also had an artificial tree in the seventies. Think it had green mixed with a bit of silver fake needles 😂
I’m the same age as y’all and we never had a real tree either 😂 love your episodes!!!❤❤❤
