Thanks for sharing this Video. It shows the deplorable state of infrastructures of the city and province. When compared to Lubumbashi one can easily identify the deference resulting from the good works of Moise Katumbi Chapwe. Bukavu is a Big city that has everything to fund its own regional infrastructural development but the moribund state of the city and province further reveals the lack of ideas and mismanagement of resources by Joseph Kabila's regime.
