This SADC protocol needs to be revisited. What is an individual from a poor country doing in SA for 3 months consecutively. The 3 months should be given once a year, then the next visits should be reduced to 2 months and then 1 month. The 3 months allow people to come here work and do as they please under the guise of visiting. They end up permanently living in SA by renewing the Visa every 3months and not visiting. Later they give birth here claim they have been residence and want citizenship.
