Its actually kind of cool that the game takes that into effect. When the thrust (engine) is pointing one direction and the velocity is accelerating towards another, it registers it as negative.
when you play swiwish aicwaft or tanks you put enormous swiwish things on it just to prove that you're swiwish, to prove your existance in online, even pink can't escape this
