What I’m having a problem with is even when I remove the background and I do everything else I can still kind of tell where the background was. I feel like when I look at myself on the video there is this rectangle border even though the background is missing it doesn’t flow as good as yours does. Do you have any suggestions to help make the background look better I did add the blur and I removed the background, but I still feel like you can tell there was a background there.

Your back ground looks great. I tried it and my recording keeps glitching out. So I have to delete it. Yes, i let it go to 100 % to remove background. I do have a powerful ring light.
You are welcome. To drag it, you have to first delete the Capcut watermark at the end of the background you just added. It's automatically added to every clip you import on Capcut so touch the ending part of the background picture, you will see it and search below for a delete button to remove before you can drag the background image successfully. I hope this helps.

How do you avoid having the overlayed video lose certain parts after you remove the background? Stabilize seems like it does not make it clear enough. Some parts are disappearing.
