Bubble and Squeak

So this meal involves Potatoes, Cabbage, and literally anything else you can find in your fridge.
You can add a meat, or serve this with a meat on the side. This can be a full meal of its own, or just another side. It's a very versatile dish, and we really enjoyed it.
I got the above descriptions from this site, but as for a recipe you really can do whatever you want. It's just fried potatoes, even the cabbage is optional. I didn't follow a recipe for mine.
