President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the donning of rank on Police General Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, Chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), in a ceremony at the Malacañang Golf (MALAGO) Clubhouse in Malacañang Park, City of Manila.
Police General Eleazar is the 26th Chief of the PNP and the 6th appointed by President Duterte under his term to lead the 220,000-strong national police force.
