Apologies for such a slow tutorial! For future videos I will try to be more concise in explaining things and work more on my editing to make it easier to follow :)
A little side note: This mechanism works because a child bone does not inherit the transforms of the parent bone. So, the driver takes the eye controller location and adds the location of the individual eye bones, which in most cases- is 0. so when the individual eye bones are moved, its like the mechanism "activates" and the values change accordingly (as if the ctrl bone was an offset/new starting value)
