If we file divisional patent,the patent application number of divisional patent is same to the parent patent? Or we get new patent application number?

Divisional application will have different number. However it will have a reference to the parent application.

It is a good question. You may divide subject matter of provisional application to file more than one complete application. However please note that provisional application is filed only once and when you divide, you must file only complete application (s).
