Happy New Year's Mama Bear! So this morning at 10AM I asked the Ark animals #1 - what to let go of from 2021, #2 - what to focus on in 2022 and #3 - what Ark animal will help me get there. #1 I pulled Cow. So much of 2021 for me was focused on negativity. #2 I pulled Warthog. No explanation necessary. #3 two cards came out sideways - Horse and Snail. I'm watching this video at 10:30AM. You can't make this stuff up. ❤️

Lol that mental mantra - there is so much to do, there is so much to do. It leads to anxiety and overwhelm. I caught myself wirh that repeating in my head yet again. Now, after much practice, I have learnt to tell my head to stop that right now, and whatever you get done today is enough. Remember that, no matter how much or how little you get done, it is enough!
