Alex has the perfect UA-cam personality. Polite, personable, informative, interesting, much more. I am so happy Pete's hired him, his skill and talent level are to be admired.
I guess I am missing something because this looks totally unnecessary. I am sure I could get that off no problem without a rotator. Great job of being nice Alex.
Great job! I'm always impressed with that you take the time to put all your rigging and tools in their proper locations. You are never pressured to pack up and get the traffic moving again.
So many people don't know what communication cables look like. There is no power on that side of the road. Looks like the rear steer is an issue with those rigs. That is what he said screwed him up. Great rigging Alex. Funny we see so many of these machines in trouble.
Oldskool phone wires can absolutely bite you still if the insulation is damaged. 48vDC on hook, 15vDC off hook. Those won’t hurt you but will make sparks and are not kind to the telco’s gear, as high as 120vAC ringing which’ll get you as good as anything. Best to just assume it’s all spicy unless your job is up the pole. That way there’s no risk of misidentifying.
Great job Alex but surely not one done with best safely without the backup of a Traffic Management truck or Police / State Troopers to slow the drivers down, especially with the boom over the opposite side of the road. If I was a driver being signalled to drive under a suspended load I’m not sure I would have complied. Anyway, all’s well that ends well. Excellent to extend the video to show the strip down.
Thanks for including the derigging by Alex at the end. He is fast and nimble and a great employee of Pepe's! I don't understand what is going to be done with the telehandler. Is that guy going to put it back onto his truck? Surprised, no police whatsoever.
Alex Josh and pops are big time pro’s at what you guys do. Thanks to Pepe’s towing for your videos. And viva la raza in all difficult dangerous trades that are not recognized👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼oh I almost forgot congratulations to Josh and his wife with the newborn 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I must say, while the rotator work was textbook, I would not have allowed or encouraged vehicles to drive underneath the suspended load - especially given you only needed to have it obstruct the road for maybe 2 minutes. While I'm obviously all for keeping traffic moving whenever possible, folks can understand needing to wait for a couple minutes if there's an obvious obstruction.
I had to mention I saw a Leapord Tank, upside down in a swamp. Only part of the road wheels and track were showing .They had to set charges to break the suction 😂
When are they ever not a nuisance. In Australia all new power cables are under ground and they are slowly burying old lines over time. Power, water, gas and telco all in same trench at varying levels and well posted.
I'm a newer viewer to your videos and love the job you do. Not asking about dollars, how do you charge you time to the customers? Is it a flat rate per job, by the hour and travel time to the job. Keep up the great job. Thanks
Telehandler oh telehandler, oh where art thou, on the back of a flatbed trailer, like a big effing cow. You'd think they would use a wider trailer to load that thing on? Alex did a great job on this one, especially since he was dealing with traffic both ways. But that motorbiker towards the end there, he's got a deathwish, driving that fast. They never learn until they drop the bike, and end up in hospital, in traction. Alex gets 5-gold 🌟 for a job well done.
I’ve watched a lot of your videos but I have a question. How much does it cost for these rescues? I suspect you charge by the hour but I can’t imagine how much.
Would HULK have been able to lift that and just set it off on the other side of that landall? Instead of crossing traffic with a lifted load? Just a question of leverage and capacity.. I'm curious is all.
Yes. No one new has seen the previous 209 videos posted of me doing this solely lol. Flipper tho does it so effortlessly and much more safer. Notice how the body doesn't roll as he swings. The 75ton capacity plus dual h beam outrigger setup makes it untouchable for this stuff
Great Job! Get the cops for traffic control !. It's amazing you guys can block roads. I respect what you do but also waving cars under a hanging load. Hope you have good insurance man.
Much quicker for the customer if the truck driver had parked so he could pull out forward, out from under the telehandler when Alex lifted it enough to clear the trailer. Saved some time, which I suspect the customer was charged for in the end.

Alex is such a pro. It looks easy because he knows exactly what he's doing. Great job, and nice video. Thanks.
And the telehandler saga continues 😂😂❤
😂😂
Weirdest handler I've ever seen
At least he called before he flipped it over.
@@lynnmeese55 close enough 😂
Looks like they’ll have another telehandler job in Highland Park today. 😉
Alex makes everything look so easy and smooth.
Great work three josh. You s d Alex are very good at what you do and your company.!! 💯
DRIVER WAS SMART !!
DON'T MAKE IT WORSE AND MORE EXPENSIVE ❤
Good to see the Left Handed screwdriver back. Alex's secret tool. Awesome job Alex.
That was a nice controlled lift then positioned the tele- handler alongside the recovery truck....awesome job Alex...Stay safe and see you soon
Man. Right in the road. Can't get much more sketch than that. Very good on u for putting out cones and trying to divert traffic away.
Those cars don't even slow down! Well done Alex ! ❤❤
They need more trucks like yours to get heavy stuff done around here in montana
Great job! I'm always impressed with that you take the time to put all your rigging and tools in their proper locations. You are never pressured to pack up and get the traffic moving again.
Another excellent job done by Alex.
Pulled my hamstring running to the comments and of course, they did not disappoint.
As usual, another well done job by Alex
Man, the winds of fortune sure are blowing a lot of telehandlers in your direction lately.
Awesome job Alex.
Next video is going to be him flipping this man lift back over when the new operator inevitably gets on it 🤣
So many people don't know what communication cables look like. There is no power on that side of the road.
Looks like the rear steer is an issue with those rigs. That is what he said screwed him up.
Great rigging Alex. Funny we see so many of these machines in trouble.
so he drove it to that condition? must not know how to drive it. i thought it bounced over.
Ron Pratt of Midwest Towing calls those power/communication wires his ARC nemesis.
No laughing matter
### Safety First❤❤❤

You the man. As many of these that you have saved I would just say, there it is. I’ll be over here watching.
Wow! Telehandler issues and container rollovers sure keep you guys busy.
This one is a boom lift not a telehandler. Nice job!

Keep up with the good work love watching you on UA-cam God bless
Driver made a good decision get you all to unload. It could have been dumped on the road and that's not good.
God forbid that the traffic would slow down just a little bit
Great job as usual! If somebody that was less skilled around those power lines, things could have gone way wrong! Congrats Alex!
Nothing is ever rushed with you guys.
Very nice work smooth as butter 👍
Great work Alex
Great job Alex 💯 thank you Josh for another great video ❤
High quality, great mission!
Job well done Alex

Impressive how you handle different situations !!
....Ill just lift it off then?....20 minutes of blather later....I'll just lift it off then? ...LOL

Up there grunting. Hard work...😃
Alex is the best! "BIG" give Alex a raise!
Once again the professor alex to the rescue your the man stay safe
Another great job done
had to put down my dog today and its heartbreaking but your vids help lighten the mood
So sorry Ted, that is one of the tuffest things to do. We had to do the same a month or so ago.
Sorry for your loss.
So sorry about your dog.
Such a bad ass truck
Just like a Mexican.
Wham, Bam, Thank you Ma'am and off to the next one.
WHAT A NAIL BITER !!😮
MOVING ACROSS LANES 😮😮
Great video Josh
Container links so help full in many ways❤
Another great video
Good job, well done!
I had to mention I saw a Leapord Tank, upside down in a swamp. Only part of the road wheels and track were showing .They had to set charges to break the suction 😂
Buenos días, Alex, un bonito video, buenas imágenes, y un trabajo excelente, un saludo.❤👏👍👌🖐️💪🇪🇦
Easy job for big flipper ❤ Alex one best 👌 ❤
Drive thru telehandlers!😊
❤️ your videos Josh! 😎
It’s been a banner month for JLG on this channel lol
Those overhead cables nearly always seem to be a nuisance
When are they ever not a nuisance.
In Australia all new power cables are under ground and they are slowly burying old lines over time.
Power, water, gas and telco all in same trench at varying levels and well posted.
Cool operation 🎉

Greetings from central Montana
Very good Alex
Mother good job Alex
Imagine the world if everyone was as diligent and caring ofhis own and other peoples stuff as Pepe's men.
Score one for Alex! You da man! 😅
That was scary
So what’s the verdict on this awesome recovery- is it a telehandler, boom lift, man lift, cherry picker. Reach/snorkel lift??
uhh 😬, we live, we learn. never @ a angle.
It's not a telehandler, it's a straight boom manlift. NOT the same.
amen
Great job Alex lifting it out over the road high enough for traffic to get by and he could back the truck and trailer out!
Just as well a box truck didn't come along.
Great with Patiences Alex ,,You would think the other cars would slow down ,but no ..
Holy transmissions lines batman!! PG&E needs to use taller poles or metal towers. Especially with all the FF that happen there.
That was all low voltage telephone and cable lines, the power lines were on the other side of the road.
PGE is always in the news, but their territory is Central and Northern California, not Southern California
I’ve watched a lot of your videos but I have a question. How much does it cost for these rescues? I suspect you charge by the hour but I can’t imagine how much.
my guess is 1500 - 2500 if it's not too far away.
Good job Alex ❤peace brother all u keep safe job well done ❤
He parked right under massive low wires!
Do you have extra pins, bolts, on the truck for oops
I'd like to know how much that service costs.
whe
are you opening a telehandler division in the near future?
Did you get telehandler in highland park vs house ?
No cops of any breed anywhere for traffic?? What the hell??
Alex runs a tight ship! Kudo's
Would HULK have been able to lift that and just set it off on the other side of that landall? Instead of crossing traffic with a lifted load? Just a question of leverage and capacity.. I'm curious is all.
Flipper > Hulk

If trailer was not leaning so much would not have slide sideways. Alex can correct his mistake.
Those Boom Lifts are some - TOUCHY- things to Operate. Buy Cheap Underwear!
Telehandlers and operator error..a guaranteed income lol
Great Job! Get the cops for traffic control !. It's amazing you guys can block roads. I respect what you do but also waving cars under a hanging load. Hope you have good insurance man.
You are directing people to drive under a suspended load???????
Yeah, don't want one of those to fall off its trailer. Nice work getting it on solid ground.
When does holke 2.0 arrive at pepe's? And do we get to see it
What’s with all the telehandler problems all of a sudden
UH-That would be an aerial manlift-that wide, maybe 120 footer.
Anyone know what the cost of a recovery like that would cost?
Any updates on when the video will be out that y'all nearly threw in the towel
Saturday
Ok thanks I'll be looking for it
The operator could have switched to crab steer and moved himself back onto the truck 🤷
Is that location mullholland east of 405
Alex great video! Traffic control would’ve been nice! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Much quicker for the customer if the truck driver had parked so he could pull out forward, out from under the telehandler when Alex lifted it enough to clear the trailer. Saved some time, which I suspect the customer was charged for in the end.
They're on the side of a mountain. So he can't get to close to the edge for fear of going over.
What like about flipper u all proper stuff chains ect help all good right stuff riging u have cool❤
Lets go
