- Sofia is working an open house for an exclusive waterfront property in Miami. She is expecting some prospective buyers to arrive, when she gets an unexpected visitor at the front door. Standing there is a young teenage girl who wants to see the waterfront real estate in Miami. Sofia gets annoyed, thinking the young girl is merely wasting her valuable time, and demands that she leaves the property. This decision comes back to haunt her as the girl is a famous Tik Tok star and was willing to pay cash for the almost 3-million dollar Miami waterfront home.

lol The realtor expression when she found out how much this kids income is per month. I recall dealing with a realtor who was looking for my grandmother. I took a message after the man sounded suspicious. He said I personally know her and your family. I can drop off material and my license. I told her that he called and she said never heard of em.

This doesn't really make sense. There are lots of videos where a seller thinks a buyer is poor, and then they suddenly want to sell whatever it is when they realized the buyer has money. That makes sense, this doesn't. The real estate agent actually has very little to do with the house it's self. They have a lot to do with selling it, but they don't make like some huge commission when they sell a house. Obviusly unless this is the owner of the firm. (Which is pleasable, yet very unlikely given the apparent size of the firm.) Plus, it doesn't matter if your Jeff Bezos, or someone who make 1 mill a year, if you can afford the house, your can afford the house, there is really no difference because of excessive wealth.

She said her grandparents were fighting and could no longer live together and they had to buy a house for grandma right away. She in turn told her father who came about an hour later and wrote out a check and purchased the home that very same day. 😎
