so ideal setup, 1 Zeke + 2 Healer (Fiona + Zero)? , relic: Alternate Destiny + Couant (for 1 free block) ? how about using Lin, to fly up high and attack flower mechanic?

Yes Zeke+benediction will cover most basis. Relic looks good for survivability. Didnt test lin for that case but i think it will work IF the bloom can auto target the flower

The mechanical 3 I didn't understand you want me using fast hit normal attack character or high DMG and faster character like anka??

Fast hit normal attack, like asuka, first 2-3NA of nola etc. Anka is just average hit rate imo
