I love this and want to purchase. Question: I already have notion and have some random things saved in it. Would I need a new notion to set up this template?! I don’t want to lose what I have but not sure how it would incorporate into something new?

Hi! Is there a way to funnel all of the individual client content calendars to one main calendar so when I'm looking at the posting "to-do's" for the week they all live in one place and I'm not having to click into each client to find out what's scheduled? Thank you!
I know I agree this would be great.. I'm working out how to do that where then clients don't then have access to that page and they can therefore see other clients portals... I'm working on it!!!

They can only access the page you share with them and any pages that are within that page if that makes sense. So if you share their portal, they can then only see their analytics page, content page etc. not your other clients or your home page
Hello! I loved your template!! By the way, do you sometimes have anxiety that your clients might change something on their page you shared with them? I wouldn't want them to mess with anything; I would only want them to check their approvals and any other information.
And you definitely can add data from ad campaigns. I don’t have it there but you can edit and add whatever pages or databases you want to this template. It’s totally customizable

So you can always copy and paste what you have to a new template. You can also link to it!

Not really, I make I state my hours in my contract. And I have an email only policy so I just don’t check my emails after hours lol

Thank you!!! I am currently just manually posting everything for clients. For one client I use the Facebook business suite

I never invoice based on hours spent.. just a flat monthly retainer
