Ok here's my honest opinion. I've watched your video and its fine against press after possesion loss or pressure on heavy touch, and it will only apply to them and even team press. However on constant pressure, which almost everyone uses in the higher divisions, your team is glitched your attacking AI is useless, players with really good dribbling and ball control cant even control a simple two yard pass. Simple passes are significantly delayed, basically your team when your opponent uses constant pressure the entire game turns your team into swiss cheese as every player on the pitch is marked. On top of this if you have bad gameplay, delayed gameplay then good luck. I suggest you watch inceptions video on this as his also a very good player and breaks all this down. So in summary, your recommendations are wont really work in the higher divisions.

This game is fkn terrible. If these ace holes re-released FIFA 12 or 23 for online play they would lose a lot of people to those games. Man the gameplay was so clean back then. Responsive, skill based and low on unrealistic BS. You needed hands, brains and vision to play FIFA back then.

If players a re running over to defend you then you need to turn away from the pressure and pass the ball, even if that mean going and passing the ball backwards, better to hold possession and wat for space to open up, than force the ball and lose it. To quick turn I usually use the LS dribble, practice with it and you will get better
I played someone who score one goal and all he did was sit back, all his 10 players were on his side and all he did was pass and pass so I just went too tactics and put my team all the way to his side and it was easy too counter and beat him 3-1

In many games I have player's taking the ball from opponent so quickly..can you teach us how to do that. Basically defending perfectly

I swear my opponents press game and have high stamina while if a press just for 30 mins my stamina gets very low

How about how to beat sit back and put every man and his dog in the box then counter attacking??
