I see lots of these as van trucks. They are very nice. kinda like the Hino trucks and the M2 from freighliner
Correct, this truck if very competitive. It has many great features that the Freighliner M@ or Hino trucks do not have. These trucks are very safe and offer the Diamond Logic electrical system which helps integrate body functions and increase safety. Keep watching and subscribe. I will be having more information regarding the International MV series as well as more information regarding how to become an Owner operator will little experience.

Why is the exhaust extra high?
Probably to clear the top of a dry box
It might seem very high because it has no box behind it at the moment.

You are correct. This is to be able to clear the box. That being said the height can steel be adjusted even at this point. The best thing is to customer order a truck that would fit your application. You can also order these trucks with horisontal/under the cab exhaust.
