Tsukuyomi is our BOI!!!! Man, one of my favorite isekais. The anime is a blast, the OST is banger all the way, and the novel is a wild ass ride. I feel like after season 2 stops, I'm gonna have to reread the novel.

Tsukimichi is hands down my favorite isekai. Never did the manga have read and reread the WN to the latest translation. I have the LN, but I am gonna wait a few more issues before starting. All that said, his parents weren't isekaied in the conventional sense so much as transmigrated. Second, the self awareness is part of the comedy balance because if you can't tell from his position in the world, the story can get quite dark quite quickly. And since I've seen you made it to EP 3, you NEED to give the EP4 end credit song a full play for your own enjoyment, at least.

it was probably much easier for the goddess to bring him to her world and immensely harder to actually send him back to his original world

If you look at it carefully Makoto (the mc) are literally abnormality towards the other world plus when the goddess tsukuyomi grants him powers,I think the mc literally slowly surpassing everything.

Hey Bro, so Personally speaking as Isekai's go this is not the BEST I have ever seen but I have enjoyed it none the less. Starts slow but gets so much better.
