Who are these lucky home buyers? This is the first time I'm not disappointed with the design or color of a house.. Everything is really according to my dream.. There is a private bathroom in each room.. Spacious room.. Beautiful kitchen..
There's two other homes almost identical to this one they have shown. But my favorite is the one on Concessions Road, just needs land scaping. Have seen a lot of older homes that have been updated, it must say whomever they used did a wonderful job. On these updated homes you already have mature trees and and gardens of beautiful perennial plants. It's hard to choose sometimes, guess with a new home, you have the options of planting what you like, and with the addition of a pool, who really needs to travel for vacations? I could take a couple of weeks from working an enjoy family and friends right in my backyard.
The one little high window in the bedrooms mess up this lovely house. The closets are small and there's no molding in this house. It's the kind of beauty that grabs you, but once you move in, little things that you breezed over because of its beauty begin the surface as an issue. (The thing in all new builds now is the glass shower. PERSONALLY, I wouldn't want to be observable while I'm taking a shower. JMHO)
Very nice home layout... but the master bath? For me...too much wasted space where the tub is...its in a room by itself it seems... Like the lighted stairs to basement area and in-law/student suite...
