Chiori can also be maybe 10-15s faster than Wrio bot half due to the strong geo blessing. Wrio’s CAs are just a lot slower than actual plunges for breaking the Mek shield.

He's Kinda Decent At Co His C1 Is really good makes him Much better but his C6 is insane

Neuvillette is incredibly good at C0 and very comfy to use on all type of players, that's why. Wrio without his C1 feels like something is left.
