I would wake up for almost all my life with nightmares terrified to go back to sleep but to tired to stay awake. Few years ago I started praying please help me please stop the nightmares and after many repeated going to sleep waking up terrified it works. my g-ma and I were extremely close, so when she passed, I felt so lost. whenever I used to have nightmares I would run into her room in the middle of the night and she would turn her lamp on and pat the bed right next to her with her hand to tell me to sit down, and she would listen to whatever my dream was that scared me so bad...she was the best. she was there for me since I was born, so I never lived a day without her until she passed.
