I think that’s one variety of yam 🍠. Due to the kind of dry soil of land the yam came out instead of going inside the soil.. perhaps you make a sharp wood to dig the soil cause your tool is short and kind of hard to dig with it Thank you . It’s a white yam there’s also a purple yam it’s sweet taste. Healthy food.
