girl what did they do to his fur?!?! i am a groom tech and pharmacy tech. they could have had you pay for a dematting a then gave him a good shave down with a 2 inch guard. i looked at his feet and they are awfully hairy and his face could have been trimmed nicely. next time please go in with a photo of what you want because you do not have to have a license to groom and they will butcher your dog. im sad for cooper becasue hes such a pretty dog.
KENN GUI really?!?! i said i didn’t want his fur cut at all just a normal trim, but he told me the matts were too big so he had to shave them all down and i didn’t want him to be blotchy so at that point i said we’ll just have to shave him down then. I was so sad too!!!!! he was so beautiful with the best fur and it was just perfect . hoping it grows back soon!
