Begin by humming, then sing without the lyrics like (la, la, la), then begin singing very gently, and then sing normally... This song is hard but the chords part in the chorus isn't, and the second Verse Matt doesn't play it live
I sincerely hope you don't think you had a hand in this. The process for choosing songs for play is so insanely complicated compared to what you're hinting.
When i learnt little fugue in g minor first i thought it was a bit hard, now after a bit of practising the song i mastered it ^ _ ^ (btw, i recommend also learning the bass line ~if you havent already :S)
Bedforder i know the bassline, not on bass cuz i dont play much bass, the thing that gets me is the first part of the solo, the double jumps im too slow
Ahh yes, i remember learning that a while a go. I think try and practice without looking at the guitar, this might get your feel and precision get up more. And also just keep your alt picking up, if you dont already youll probably start independently alt pick without noticing as this happens in time since your using it a bit
Bedforder yeah im practising many hours a day .-. i shouldve started doing alt picking when i first started but stubborn me said I DONT NEED IT! well now i gotta take the hit xD im playing with eyes closed sometimes and sometimes i look at the guitar.. im on 88% speed currently
Nice guitar have it, too. Wish I had seen you when I was looking for Reviews or Guitarists who don't just play country... Still it bothers me that the thick e string sounds so damn "fat" if you know what I mean :/ Did you adjust the Pickup higher or..? Sorry for the bad English, German dude here :)
+sam poop The Epiphone Player Pack is pretty good. It comes with a e-tuner, case, amp, three picks, a strap and a online guide for guitar and of course the guitar itself which is an Epiphone Les Paul Special ii. I'm personally hoping to get the Epiphone Les Paul Studio.
does this really work? looks like you need to be an advanced guitar player from the start to be able to follow a song and in that case why not just get tuxguitar which is free to have tabs play out.
+Bloody nine Does this really work? Yes Looks like you have to be an advanced guitarist... Nope Why not just use TABs. This is TAB, and online tablature is often garbage
+Bloody nine The first time you play a song on Rocksmith, it only has you play a few notes just to get the basic rhythm and structure of the song. As you start hitting the notes more consistently, Rocksmith automatically adds in more notes, and turns single notes into chords where appropriate. Eventually the song builds to it's full (100% difficulty) level, which is what you're seeing on this video. But you have full control over when the song gets more difficult, the speed of the song, etc. It's a great tool for learning chords, songs and basic technique.
Bloody nine storytime: before playing Rocksmith I had only taken classes in music fundamentals when I was 8. never knew how to play any instrument. been playing Rocksmith for 8 months and I'm way better than any kid in college parties
Thanks guys! I got rocksmith and I had no idea it could be so rich with so many different angles hit to make you learn. The arcade technical games were a blast but my favourite now is session mode where I have learned so much about modes and scales but most of all just being able to freeflow and create music that the rest of the "band" follow, truly amazing!
I have the first version of Rocksmith and was thinking about buying the 2014 edition. With this new DLC my mind is made up and I will go out and buy this game! Just hoping now for some Arctic Monkeys DLC and more of The Strokes DLC.
rocksmith seems to be really picky about that.. try going into options and turn off the option like "give rocksmith priority to audio" or soemthing like that, and use fraps :P you have to mess around in the options and turn shit off and on amd you might get it to work. i got it to work but cant remember how reall :P its really wonky
Imagine playing it and singing it at the same time like... Freaking impossible ! I can't even talk when I'm playing :D
I can, I don't sing though but I can talk and play even though it may take lots of practice depending on the song you choose.
Begin by humming, then sing without the lyrics like (la, la, la), then begin singing very gently, and then sing normally... This song is hard but the chords part in the chorus isn't, and the second Verse Matt doesn't play it live
That's what makes Matt Bellemy so fucking good
Can’t be as hard as playing master of puppets and singing as well
ah, you have two accounts. Been trying to find your old Rocksmith 1 stuff for ages but only just managed to find it lol
I requested the Muse song pack with the exact same songs from Ubisoft, I wouldn't have expected them to actually do it, your welcome gentlemen :))))
you and everyone else....
chamagurka yep :)
chamagurka
I would have liked invincible or new born aswell
but only cause i knew how to play these songs already
yeah, my favourite one is new born too, let's hope one day they do it
I sincerely hope you don't think you had a hand in this. The process for choosing songs for play is so insanely complicated compared to what you're hinting.
holy shit this song is so hard .-. i love it so much though, gonna keep practising til i can pull this off

Nice! ^ _ ^. I guess someones told you this a million times and your probs sick of it, but make sure you practice some scales XD
Yay, Muse!
Great job, awesome skill!!!
I play guitar for like one and a half year, is the Muse song pack recommended for me?
Nice guitar have it, too. Wish I had seen you when I was looking for Reviews or Guitarists who don't just play country... Still it bothers me that the thick e string sounds so damn "fat" if you know what I mean :/ Did you adjust the Pickup higher or..? Sorry for the bad English, German dude here :)
when i learn the solo my life is complete
it's actually not that hard, if you practice enough, you could do it easy.
is your life complete now
maybe now?
yup i learned it, cant play tho cause im in the army lol
@@th1nk873 woah that's super cool
really nice
Although Rocksmith disagrees with me, I find the solo tougher to play than the part with the bass string.
that was awsome
You are great
What are those symbols at 2:15?
harmonics
I kinda want to get into guitar with rocksmith any ideas on a starter set?

Do bass next.
Ellison doesn't give a shit about strumming patterns. haha
rocksmith 2014 but this guy playing it on 2013...
Do bass please
It's funny when people think Muse songs are actually hard when they are insanely basic.
Nothing wrong with that
I know, I'm not saying Muse is bad, I'm just saying they aren't as hard to play as they sound and as people think.
Right, and that's a tip of the hat to Matt Bellamy and co
RATM is the same way (at least I thought so), easy for beginners like to me learn some of their stuff quickly
I have the first version of Rocksmith and was thinking about buying the 2014 edition. With this new DLC my mind is made up and I will go out and buy this game! Just hoping now for some Arctic Monkeys DLC and more of The Strokes DLC.
I absolutely adore playing this song. Almost 2 years in and have it at 93% mastery 💪
This track seems incredibly fun to play.
It is :D
It is, pretty hard thought
Only 1:36 was fun to me
Very impressive but can you- Oh shit! Wrong channel xD
David Cruz only $399!!
i hope i'll learn fast with rocksmith, cause im terrible and can't wait to rock muse !!!!
I love this song
Thx for playing it
I was playing this song before it was cool
We were playing it on plastic guitar
hahaha
"back in my day"
hipster alert !
This song was never not cool
Exactly. You can't go all hipster on this one. The second it came off Bellamy's fingers.. it was cool.
I've been looking for the intro for ages but I always thought it was from a Santana song?
I know this comment's old, but you're probably thinking of Smooth by Santana.
how do you do your recordings? im having a hard time figuring out what software to use and how to get my webcam and desktop to record everything >.
re: how to make videos
Thanks
How much practice time was this to get this song down? :)
wow..
Im trying to do mi videos with nvidia shadowplay and for some reason the audio aint coming up on the videos can someone help me with this?

Wuaaaaoo bravoooo
nice man
Hell Yeah!
Good vid keep it up
Awesome dude
this is like the easiest muse song on rocksmith
Supermassive Black Hole?
This is Hysteria
Yeah, but Supermassive Black Hole is way easier.
Yea thats pretty easy too I just tryed it out pretty fun song also plug in baby is easy
I just have a hard time playing the first part of the solo in Hysteria. The alternative picking is so fast, I mess up every time.
Sounds great
how to make this video?
you play on PS3, XBOX, or PC?
Xbox
re: how to make videos
Riff Repeater thanks
The bass line is this song is best part of the song
Hysteria is one of those songs where the Bass takes all the show.
It is an amazing bass line
how do i make the d string not ring out in the beginning part and so on
Lightly hold your middle finger over it as if you were fretting it, but instead you're muting it.
+MrCoolbat Hold the first finger over the D string, but not on it, and make the tip of my third finger touch the string as well
cover it with your index finger so it is muted
Not available in my country. (USA)
Yet here you are!
Riff Repeater I meant the other Muse videos. I could see this one
proxmate.dave.cx
Well i show play this with my friend i'm not showing off or anything it was a battle
I don't have a friend anymore:(
Love it ...not radiohead but still awesome
