The magician that has appeared the last few dinners is really something else. Does he just go around to the tables doing magic tricks? I've watched multiple times and tried to figure his tricks out - but no luck. 🤣 Seems like such a wonderful trip!
Here’s the crazy thing…. He was the head server of the dining room! He just goes around socializing petty much. But he was awesome. He got us drinks, cleared plates and did crazy magic! This was my 8th cruise and no head server has ever impressed me so much!
@@RondaRae WOW. All the CMs just seem so great. This trip really made me want to try a cruise. I live in San Diego and we have the Magic and the Wonder just down the road. I know they're smaller but maybe they could be my starter ships!
@@iangrimm They really are the best. You might feel you get good experiences in the parks, but they far exceed that on the ship! Magic out of San Diego is my next sailing. You should totally do one since you're right there!
@@iangrimm In February I was in San Diego, took the Disney Wonder to Ensenada. It was a WONDERful time. Except the adult shopping excursion, avoid that.
We just left everything at our chairs. But my mom was with us and never snorkeled. She was always close by the chairs if she did go in the water. When we all left to go shopping then we did grab our cards, but left everything else at the chairs.
I didn't pay attention to any of that. I never wear fins. Was that on the sign or something? I know they didn't want you walking on the reef - and I was petrified of hitting it. SOOOO may prickly sea urchins out there! When the water started getting more shallow I was so sure I was going to end up actually hitting one. Fortunately I didn't, but when we got out Shawn did have a tiny little piece stabbing his hand.
Yeah it was on the rules sign. There are so many scary things in the sea. In DR I found upside down jellyfish sitting on the bottom of the beach area. I had on Crocs but still didn't want to hurt them.
It really varied. There were times when we were far out and suddenly the coral area felt shallow and I worried I’d hit it - but my husband assures me it wasn’t as shallow as I thought. As a newbie snorkeler I felt comfortable everywhere. And my husband was happy to go out father to deeper water without me. We saw so many cool creatures out there!

Oh I need to look for a Passholder Magic Band slider
Found them, not paying that much
That was a short AquaDuck line, when I rode it the line wrapped around to the other side of the ship
It was definitely short, but it was so hot that standing in any line in the sun would have felt miserable!
I love that song, Sunset n Beachz
Where did you guys leave your things when you went snorkelling

What does putting the fins on WHILE floating in the water do for the reef?
