it does sting, not horrible though. I still love it so much and my skin has cleared with in two days and my pores seem better. my skin is brighter. i have completely switched over to everything cerave
I love this micellar water, the best one I've ever tried. And I have never had any stinging or tingling or irritation at all, not even under the eye. I love it.
I just bought mine last month and plan to use it during the summer with the sunscreen I have. I want to see since I live in a desert environment if it will help with sweating in the afternoon as that can be really bad.
So sad I was SO excited about this micellar water, and I love Cerave but after the beautypedia review and other reviews about the stinging in the eye area due to the abundance of ceramides.( that's what's causing the stinging) it's just to many. It's a shame I wanted to love this. To much of a good thing
Thanks for the review! I’ve been looking at this but was worried about it stinging my eyes after reading some online reviews. I wish it it was eye safe, back to the Garnier for me I guess. BEAUTIFUL pup! 😀😍💕
Love your review as usual. I am not a big fan of micellar water (I love double-cleansing with cream cleanser) or with cleansing oil first. I also try to avoid traveling to somewhere that I can't take care of my skin properly haha!!! x Have you tried Sulwhasoo? Or Whoo? Would love to see you reviewing Korean brands.
I love this stuff and I hope they actually never change the formula. Maybe they just change the name on the bottle and just say toner/essence because that’s what I use it for and love it I don’t use it to remove make up.
Christopher Holmes It’s kind of complicated. The companies that make them say they are designed to be left on the skin. Dermatologists (like Dr. Dray on UA-cam) say they should not be left on because they contain surfactants. However, I have horrible water where I live - super hard and super alkaline, and it’s really messed up my skin over the years. I’ve started using Bioderma (which was supposedly invented for women in Paris who have hard water?) instead, and personally I’ve found it helps my skin. I guess my water is worse than surfactants 🤷🏻♀️
First time to use this and it was difficult to remove my eye make up and mascara, it took a while and was uncomfortable on my eyes. 😢 Fine for my face but not for my eyes as I don’t have tears and I have allergies with my eyes 👀. 😢
It could work that way, although I would probably recommend their newer Hydrating Alcohol Free Toner because it contains some more beneficial ingredients- it is this one: www.ulta.com/p/alcohol-free-hydrating-toner-sensitive-dry-skin-pimprod2030178?sku=2591829&CMPID=CSBING&CAWELAID=330000200002852528&catargetid=330000200000867179&CADEVICE=c

Sounds like you've had good luck with it, I've had a hard time finding one that doesn't sting my eyes.
@@NOBSBeauty Have you tried La Roche- Posay? They use the cleansing agent uses for contacts. It's a simple, basic and effective micellar water.
Yeah me too I love this product....It doesn't irritate my skin at all and I use it as a toner 😃

It really doesn't sting at all. I'm so super sensitive around my eyes that I struggle with most sunscreens but this seriously doesn't sting my eyes. X
Can micellar water be stored in the fridge or should it be kept a room temperature?
It says hold pad over closed eye for a few seconds than gently wipe without harsh rubbing …… I love it no burn

Could this be used as a toner for people who don’t use makeup?
