Squid Kimchi Pancake / Kimchi dish

  • [Ingredients] paper cup use.
    1/4 of ripe kimchi, 1 squid, 1 small onion, 2 cups of pancake powder, half a cup of kimchi broth, 1 cup of water (or some ice.)
    -If you have frying powder, it's delicious to put it 1:1 with pancake powder.
    I need a cup of water (about 200ml).
    - Add about 120ml of water and adjust the dough with ice.
    If you add cold ice, the dough becomes more chewy.
    [How to squid kimchi pancake]
    1. Trim 1 squid and cut it into easy-to-eat sizes.
    2. Cut 1/4 side kimchi to make it easier to eat.
    3. Cut 1 small onion thinly.
    4. Knead the ingredients prepared above with 2 cups full of pancake powder, half a cup of kimchi broth, about 120 ml of water, and ice.
    5. Grease a preheated pan and spread the dough thinly.
    6. Cook brown back and forth while adjusting the heat.

    If you put ice in the dough, you can fry it in oil.
    Don't let ice get into the pan.
    When the dough is thick, it is thickened. Then it will taste bad, so don't make it thick.
    Make sure it's not thick.
    It has about 290ml of kimchi soup, water, and ice.
    Kimchi has a lot of moisture, so this part may be different, so please check the concentration.
    If it's watery, add more pancake mix and match.
    It's even more crispy and delicious when you fry it on high heat. But you can ride it, so please cook it while adjusting it.

    오징어 미리삶아놓은거를 넣고해도되요? 오징어 질겨질까봐요

      안녕하세요.
      생으로 하는 것보다는 부드럽진 않지만 그렇다고 너무 질겨지진 않더라고요.
      저도 미리 삶아져 있는 게 있으면 그걸 사용한 적도 종종 있습니다.
