How to Honey comb delete your Fiesta ST upper grill

- This is the method that I used to honey comb delete my upper grill but their are many other techniques!
Anyways I hope this helped anyone out and if you have any questions feel free to comment down below!

i think my sister has those pants...
Loved the look with the grill completely out so I do think maybe going to ford or see if you can get a second hand grill, cut out the centre and put in some black mesh in there and glue it on or something and I think it would look awesome 👍

So u can just take the grill of a parked fiesta? Not popping the hood or something else? Good that everybody knows it now! 😁

i did mine with a dremmel and a cutting 'burr'. it took ages. but worth it
Love the car man! You motivated me to attempt more of this on my own so keep this up all your videos are sound! i just bought diffuser fins for mine, any advice on getting the rear bumper off without damaging it?!
Thank you mate means a lot for you to say that and drill out the rivets from underneath on the defuser and just take the defuser itself off mate

Looks good pal. Maybe just cut all of the honey comb out and just run the black rim to cover the plastic clips?

My ST180 (15) is already honeycomb deleted, that’s odd.

Cut all the honeycombe out and just leave the back so round and clip that back in

I once tried to remove my grill just like you did on an USDM model, but it didn't work.... or i didn't pull hard enough, i was scared the clip would break off.

I understand the US models have a different bumper bar that sits higher than the EU models. Supposedly is is behind the blocked out part on ours. Can you confirm if that's true?

that's the radiator dude...not the intercooler. and deleting that tiny bit on plastic isn't gonna help cool any better. BUT. It does look a lot better props for that lol. nice vid tho
That's a Stage 3 Large Core Intercooler by Pro Alloy....... The radiator is situated behind it but they are designed to allow airflow to still cool correctly.
your wrong my friend that is the intercooler ! and opening up the grill will help air pass through the intercooler .Not the best executed job but he's just a young guy having a go ..... it will look better when finished
klbody weird, my fiesta st intercooler is on the bottom of the bumper with the radiator just above it. With the aftermarket intercooler is was pretty packed in
MTB nation I never noticed Benzz had already commented on this ..
stage 3 coolers come all the way up in front of the bumper bar ,so u don't even see the radiator ! This is why you would want to open up the grill and allow more airflow . Our demo car runs Laird Performance stage 3 cooler yes they just squeeze in and we remove the number plate to reveal cut outs allowing max airflow when racing ;)
as Klbody explained, I have the Mountune Stage 3 IC and it replaces that small one you have but goes straight up behind the bumper, no cutting required. I didn't do this mod on the grill as it helps avoid stone chips on the large intercooler but I can see its benefit!
