I love this song so much. In my eyes, it will always be my favorite song to listen to. Mostly because when I was 8 years old, I had developed a fear of the dark. I hated the silence in my room, so my dad took an old computer that he had in his room, hooked it up in my bedroom, and played this song on a loop for the entire night. I loved having this song playing every night. I would have many dreams of a ballerina dancing to this song. I eventually grew out of my fear of the dark. But every time I listen to this song, I seem to go back in time and feel like I'm 8 years old curled into my bed looking out into the darkness and facing the unknown terrors of the night.

I felt so sad when I watched this song because I thought How I wasted my 9 years of live starting from 7 playing video games. I also know how to play this song, But this person plays much better. I listen to the song When I check out the comments, replying the comments. I almost faced the same thing because I play this song every night when I go to bed.

When I was little I hated the silence and the darkness that came when I went to bed so my mom bought a CD with Beethoven songs and another with Tchaikovsky songs and I listen to them every night. I'm also trying to learn this song.

+Eric Latz nice job its beautiful the melody really flows well together your pianist skills are far better than many I've come across so far that I like, keep it up! Also just a little note playing the notes after rehearsing them for god knows how long is easy, if you put feeling into the notes after you can play them through muscle memory will help capture your audience. I'm not a music critic but as a fellow musician I can feel your notes it feels like you're repeating squiggles on a paper, be enthusiastic about it make your feel you through your music! That's the beauty of it! Having your share ur feelings and thoughts though music entertainment is what a lot of people strive for, whether they admit it or not, knowing that the audience is able to capture the beauty of a talent such as yours makes every musician happy. Many will say that they want to show off perfection and elegance, that sort of stuff, typical of competition musicians I like to call them. there's no fun with that mind set ya know?Sorry for the long rant and I know it seems like gibberish and nonsense, but that's why I got into music. True that while your in high school you cant do the stuff that I said but almost everyone that stuck in my band class has a talent that they want to grow into something that everyone will enjoy, whether by simply regurgitating notes from a page or putting true feeling into the music. Because as I see it even if you fail at competitions or you stumble over notes at a holiday gathering as long as you push though and till make people happy with your music that all that should make you happy. I'm very tired I've been up all night trying to perfect this comment. lol.

When I had my first birthday, I was given a music box of a little couple dancing to this music. Never got to know the name of this music, until I was 17. But whenever I heard this, made me remember my past. Such a lovely masterpiece😍.

Beethoven wanted to be Therese’s girlfriend(she was his music student), so he made the song easy so she could play it. But when she rejected him, he made the rest of the song very hard so she could never play it

Interesting. I always thought that a littlegirl named Elisabeth (Elise in whatever language Beethoven spoke) came knocking on his door asking him to buy something or to help her but he was very poor and wrote her a song instead. Ur probably right though because I am not that good at music history.
