I assembled an exactly same double carport without any people help me in 2019. At that time I can not find some information how to do this work. Just read the several papers in the package. I am 58, so I think I am still good to do some hard work.

Why are all the holes not pre-driled? I am handy on the tools but this seems like a lot of extra work and potential to introduce error 😓

Hi Troy, thanks for your comment.
All the holes are pre-drilled on our garden sheds but not our large structures. All our components are used across multiple models, which is why we can’t pre-drill holes for these.

Hi Sophie, depending on your skill level, it could take 1 - 2 days with one helper for the assembly of a single skillion roof carport. Hope this helps :)

It would have really helped if the holes for the legs were pre-drilled. I don't see why they couldn't have been. I've over heated my 10 mm drill bit & probably buggered the tip trying to drill through the 2 mm steel.
Not impressed.

If you can’t drill through 2mm steel, that sounds more like a user error and maybe you shouldn’t be allowed to use a drill.
