I do too but WWE does a horrible job with their women’s booking & story lines. Especially the foreign women. Hopefully one day they get it together & bring order to the division, actually have a tag division because that’s currently nonexistent besides randomly put together teams & stop treating their foreign wrestlers the way they do.
@@lemmyxpro well, they don’t treat their foreign females differently if they’re from Europe but everywhere else…tragic. They’re immediately thrown into whatever stereotype of where they’re from gimmick wise, not allowed to speak English or proper English even when they’re fully capable of doing so. If they didn’t have a large enough following prior to joining wwe they’re forced on a downward spiral of loses. Move set nerfs & more. It’s why Sarray quit immediately after her contract was up & went back to Japan. Why Queen Aminata declined after making it through tryouts & so many more. I think the amount of money they throw at Asuka is enough for her not to care, why shinsuke resigned & probably Io Shirai is still there. Io was basically a monster in Japan. Technical Style, Strong Style, power & aerial all in one. Considered one of the greatest Joshi ever at a young age…now look at what she’s been doing for the past year on the main roster of wwe…nothing… she speaks English well but you’ll never know because of how she only speaks broken English & Japanese on screen So if you don’t watch her interviews/backstage stuff/etc you’ll never hear it. Though during Wrestlemania she did a quick onscreen interview speaking perfectly fine but wwe pretends it never happened & went right back And let’s not get started with *Xia Li* They do her super wrong
