The monitor I bought at auction in Poland, then bought the rest of accessories on eBay. My favorite pulse ox is Nellcor N-595... and Novametrix 520A :)
Long sound "beeeeeeeeeeeep" on flat line, I hear only in tv series and films :) In this type monitors on "asystole" hear only Alarm tone (fast "ding ding"), blinking "0", shown message "***Asystole" and red lamp.

Its just a endless beep.
